Timothy Bridgewater

Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Bridgewater serves as CEO and Director of ZEO Energy Corp. He joined Sunergy in 2019 as CEO, CFO, and Board Chairman. He is the Founder and Chairman of Interlink Capital Strategies, an investment advisory firm, and Managing Partner at Prometheus Power Partners, LLC. Previously VP and CFO at Tintic Consolidated Metals, and Managing Director at Utah Fund of Funds and MACC Private Equities. B.S. Finance from Brigham Young University; graduate studies in International Economics, University of Utah.

Dr. Abigail M. Allen
Independent Director

Dr. Allen is a tenured associate professor of accounting at the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University. She holds a doctorate in business administration from Harvard Business School and undergraduate and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Southern California. She is a licensed CPA and a former lecturer at Harvard Business School's Accounting and Management Unit and former external auditor at Deloitte. Her research focuses on the political economy of accounting standard setting, corporate governance, and diversity.

James P. Benson
Independent Director

Mr. Benson is a founding partner of Energy Spectrum, overseeing investment sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio monitoring, with approximately 37 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, and commercial banking. He serves on multiple Energy Spectrum portfolio company boards and has previously served on two public company boards. Earlier in his career, he managed energy-related private placements at R. Reid Investments Inc. and began his career at InterFirst Bank Dallas. B.S. from the University of Kansas; MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.

Neil Bush
Independent Director

Mr. Bush brings extensive investment experience in the energy industry. He is the sole member of Neil Bush Global Advisors LLC (since 1998), Co-chairman of CIIC (since 2006), Chairman of Singhaiyi (since 2013), and a Partner at Asia & America Consultants (since 2016). He also serves as a board member of FutureTech II Acquisition Corp. and Hong Kong Finance Investment Holding Group, and as an adviser to CP Group. He has served on the boards of Greffex Inc., Points of Light Foundation, and Rebound International LLC.

Mark M. Jacobs
Independent Director

Mr. Jacobs has over 30 years of experience in executive management, operations, and investment banking across energy sectors. He served as CEO, President, and Director of Reliant Energy (Fortune 500), and as President, COO, and Director of GenOn Energy following its 2010 merger with Mirant. He joined Reliant in 2002 as CFO, where he led a $6.2B debt restructuring. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs' Natural Resources and M&A groups. B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University; Master of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bridgewater currently serves as ZEO Energy Corp.'s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bridgewater joined Sunergy, previously Sun First Energy, in 2019 as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Bridgewater also is the Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Managing Director of Interlink Capital Strategies (also known as "Capitol Financial Strategies, LLC"), an investment advisory services company, where he advises on debt and private equity investments in industries ranging from mining, building materials, renewable energy, and automotive component manufacturing to electronics and software technologies in the U.S. and Asia. Additionally, Mr. Bridgewater currently holds the position of Managing Partner at Prometheus Power Partners, LLC, a solar energy development company. Prior to that, Mr. Bridgewater served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tintic Consolidated Metals, LLC, a mining company. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Bridgewater served as a Managing Director for Utah Fund of Funds. LLC, an economic development program by the State of Utah. From 2003 to 2009, he served as a Managing Director for MACC Private Equities, Inc., a publicly traded mezzanine fund focused on investments in small and medium-sized companies. Mr. Bridgewater earned his B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University and completed graduate studies in International Economics from University of Utah.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Holbrook serves as ZEO Energy Corp.'s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Holbrook was appointed to the role in August 2024 after having initially joined the Company in March 2024 as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, where he led ZEO's accounting, finance, and treasury functions, helped the Company complete its de-SPAC combination. Prior to joining ZEO, Mr. Holbrook served as Chief Financial Officer of Hawx Pest Control, a residential pest services company, where he drove significant revenue growth and helped close a major private equity financing. Before that, he served as Head of Finance at Built Bar and Vice President of Accounting and Finance at HZO, Inc., where he was responsible for implementing financial reporting functions, raising debt and equity financing, and building out accounting systems and processes. Earlier in his career, Mr. Holbrook also held finance and leadership roles at Access CFO, Vivint Smart Homes, and KLA-Tencor. Mr. Holbrook holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Larsen serves as ZEO Energy Corp.'s Chief Operating Officer. Since October 2021, Mr. Larsen has served as the Chief of Sales and Marketing at Sunergy, overseeing regional sales, dealer relations, operations, and process enhancements. In September 2019, he Co-Founded Sun First Energy and Co-Managed sales and operations there until its merger that formed Sunergy in October 2021. Beginning his solar career in August 2015 at Vivint Solar, LLC, Mr. Larsen managed sales offices for Vivint Inc. and Atlantic Key Energy, LLC. Mr. Larsen holds an associate degree from Weber State University with an emphasis in Spanish.

Mr. Bridgewater serves as ZEO Energy Corp.'s Chief Sales Officer. Mr. Bridgewater, son of Tim Bridgewater, co-founded Sun First Energy, LLC, as its President and Chief Sales Officer, in September 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Bridgewater served as a Sales Manager at Vivint Smart Home, Inc., a smart home company in the United States and Canada from September 2017 to December 2018. Mr. Bridgewater also served as an Area Manager for Aptive Environmental, LLC, a pest control solution company from August 2015 to September 2017. Mr. Bridgewater earned his B.S. in Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business in 2019.

General Counsel and Secretary

Mr. Adams serves as ZEO Energy Corp.'s General Counsel and Secretary. A sole practitioner attorney with over 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Adams has focused on renewable energy and nuclear energy ventures and financing. From August 2016 to October 2022, he served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Head of Intellectual Property at Micro Focus International plc, now part of the brand of OpenText, also known as Micro Focus International Limited. Prior to that, he spent 21 years as in-house counsel at Novell, Inc., which was acquired by Micro Focus in 2014 through The Attachmate Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Adams has been engaged in international business transactions, technology licensing, and M&A. He has lived and worked in Europe, South America, and China. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at Brigham Young University, and holds a J.D. degree from Boston University, along with a B.S. in Computer Science and Statistics from Brigham Young University.
